The Story

The VSETT 8 Apex is a compact and lightweight scooter, packing a huge power to weight ratio. For off-road riding, a 40km/h top speed is possible under ideal riding conditions.

The VSETT 8 Apex comes with VSETT's newest centre-mounted display, ergonomic throttle and 3 VSETT NFC tags, giving you total control over your new baby. USB and USB-C charging ports allow you to keep your phone or Go-Pro plugged in while riding, and there's even a slot for your AirTag alongside these.

8 inch solid tyres provide unparalleled reliability, not only will you never have a puncture, you will never need to inflate your tyres, saving you the cost of a pump. An enhanced suspension system front and rear which combines spring dampers and swing arms ensures the maximum comfort and security while you ride.

Twin 600w brushless DC motors deliver immediate power, getting you off to a quick start and ensuring that hills don't slow you down. The 15.6Ah VSETT 8 Apex can reach a maximum range of 40km per charge as per the manufacturer's claimed max range. Our experience is that unless you ride very conservatively, it's going to be about half that, or 20-25km per charge. It's an 8 hour recharge, with a removable battery so that you don't have to bring your scooter inside to charge. The hot-swappable battery means that you can carry a spare in your backpack if you wish to double your single charge range.

Folding and unfolding is easy with VSETT's 3-step folding mechanism, eliminating all wobble and any unwanted rattles commonly seen in other folding mechanisms. Cable disc brakes are included as standard which is par for the course for a scooter this weight and maximum speed.

Water damage is not covered under the standard manufacturer warranty, and LOCO Care water protection is not available for this model.

We hold stock of VSETT spare parts and tyres in our Dublin electric scooter repair centre. We also have a range of spare parts in stock for Kugoo, Xiaomi, Segway Ninebot, Zero and other brands with access to parts for all e-scooters from our trusted suppliers.

Please be aware that all electric scooters are supplied in the box and require some assembly by the user, with the required tools provided. If you need us to assemble your new scooter for you, please contact us in advance of purchase and we will let you know the assembly fee for the model you are purchasing. Only scooters picked up from us in store, or delivered in the Dublin area can be assembled by us. For scooters shipping to the rest of Ireland, the UK or EU, these are in their original packaging and must be assembled by the user.
